Prickly

I had a new photo all lined up to post tonight but I've been fighting with the software for my camera and it just won't work (I tell you, I have more problems with this camera.....) so I'm going to bed. I'll try again in the morning. So instead, here is a photo of my beloved cactus (taken last weekend) that's been more-or-less adopted by my mom since it enjoys the wonderful light in her living room as opposed to the lack of light in mine....
For me it did nothing - didn't die but didn't grow either - but at my mom's house it's flourished and is constantly sprouting new growth.
